Therapies

At Laura's Holistic Healing all coaching sessions will be conducted online, and the sessions will typically involve a combination of the following therapies and lifestyle management techniques: -
Mindfulness, meditation, yoga and breathwork sessions:

May help reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep, create clarity and calmness in the mind, center attention and sharpen concentration, increase body awareness and self-awareness, release energy blocks within the body that may be contributing to poor health or specific health conditions and to help improve overall health. 
Nutritional and dietary advice:

To promote healthy eating habits and help make better food choices for overall improved health, may help manage chronic conditions through dietary changes, to help address any nutritional deficiencies and identify any food intolerances which may be contributing to poor health or chronic conditions.

Use of western herbal and ayurvedic herbal therapies:

May help with relief from symptoms, boost energy, relax the mind and body and return the body to a state of balance so it can heal itself by working on different systems in the

Suggested aromatherapy blends for topical and inhalation use:

Pacing activity programme:

To help balance energy and rest, to help to manage long-term health conditions such as chronic pain and fatigue by reducing the risk of exceeding physical limits and worsening and aggravating symptoms, to help give a better understanding of what activity is within your limits and accepting current abilities and working towards a gradual increase in activities towards improvement and possible full recovery.
Time management and goal setting plan:

To help balance work and personal life, help to prioritise tasks which are urgent and non-urgent, help to set realistic and manageable goals, to help schedule time in the day for self-care, to bring about awareness of where your time is going and to help minimize distractions. 
Suggested holistic therapies and alternative treatments:

May be considered as an addition to the therapies and techniques offered above if it is felt that the client may also benefit from a different form of holistic treatment.
